Exercise Library The Exercise Library is a comprehensive database containing hundreds of exercises, targeting every major muscle group in the body.    Many details are provided for developing cardiovascular endurance, core body strength, stretching / flexibility, balance, agility / speed, power, functional training, and sports-specific exercises.

The narratives for each exercise includes the benefits, tips, and common errors when performing the exercise.    Each narrative also provides important information such as the correct form while performing the exercise.
